Delete your profile

You can request deletion of your Two Touch Drift online leaderboard profile and all its submitted runs.

Email janasek.adam@gmail.com with the subject “Two Touch Drift profile deletion”. Include your player name, the route you played and your game version. If you have your profile ID, you may include it. Do not send your authentication token or password.

Names are not unique. We may need additional information to verify which profile is yours before removing it. If you have lost access to the device or profile credentials, tell us; identifying ownership may not be possible from a name alone.

What is deleted?

Your online profile, its authentication-token hash and all associated runs are removed from the active database. Your name and scores disappear from the leaderboard, and the profile token stops working. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone through the game.

What is separate?

Local game progress and settings stay on your device; online profile deletion does not reset them. App-store purchase records are managed separately by Apple or Google. Security logs and backups expire according to their retention schedules, rather than being selectively rewritten when an active profile is removed. Contact us about any remaining personal data.
